Saints Row IV - Team Fortress 2 Pack

This game orginally had a pack you got for free from pre-ording the game. It would allow you to custumize your weapons to make them look like they do in TF2. However this packs seem to be gone from the list of DLC. Why was it removed? And is it impossible to get?

The only way to get it most likely is by downloading it. I pre-ordered the game, but I felt insulted that I didn't get the TF2 skins because I pre-ordered it as a retail.

Its funny because the GOG version of the game has the TF2 DLC in the game. So you can get TF2 DLC for Saints Row IV only on GOG.

It was a pre-order bonus. You can't get it anymore.
