Can't access saintsrow.com or create an account online

After going through the steps to create an account, after clicking on register I got this error message: "Whoops, looks like something went wrong". No further explination, just that messeage and a blank white page. Whenever I exit and re-enter the site, I just get that blank page with the "Whoops, looks like something went wrong" message.
I tried creating an account in-game online but I get an error message there as well. Anybody know what's going on and how to fix it?

That's kinda annoying but I guess I can still just write down the numbers I need to make my SR3 character from scratch in SR4
