How do i change it to night time

The simulation should always be "nighttime", unless you play the Dominatrix DLC.

So I have no clue what you are talking about, sorry.

When you finish the final mission, you unlock the ability to overwrite the simulation. You will be able to do this by going to the crib ship, on the lower level by the pool table is a computer you can use. Inside the computer is an option to overwrite the Simulation Time of Day. Then change it to whichever mode you like.

you go into the room with a pool table (along with peirce and a $wagolicious $hark if you've played through the mission to save him yet) in the middle of the ship's second floor. there should be a computer there. go to the section that says simulation overide once pressing "E" next to it. the first few make it night/dusk, the next few make it day and the rest make it look different in general. so i hope this helped. :)

i dont think its the final mission. i think its after A} the part where you first exit steelport or B} the mission where you save Matt. i mean i havent beaten the game and I have the option.

Are you sure that you're not using the mod I released that lets you change it early?
