I know they look like Ps2 Era.. but sadly no Texture HD mods for this game.. there is one for Saints Row3, but it doesn't work with Saints Row 4 sadly.. atleast not that i know of.

Sadly not.. there was once somebody making a Texture Pack for Saints Row 3.. but it's still unfinished.. i guess we'll have to live with garbage textures.
