Save Games and Offline Mode
I recently started up a new game of Saints Row 4, and have encountered a very aggravating bug. When I play the game in Offline Mode, no save files show up. This is the case even when I save the game while in Offline Mode: the save only shows up after I turn Steam back to Online Mode. This never happened before when I played Saints Row 4, and on the same computer and same install, too.

Any idea what is causing it, and how to stop it ( or at least prevent it in the future )?

Game saves are stored in the Steam Cloud. So even if your computer gets burned or something and you get a new one, then install Steam on it, and SR4 after that, it will still ride along with it.

That is a true statement, and something I already know. Its also irrelevant. The whole point of using Offline Mode is so you *don't* have to be connected to the internet. I don't want to rely on a cloud save; I want to rely on the save that is on my physical hard drive. Also, I have Cloud Save turned off, and always have, for precisely this reason.
