Like when you fight the clones and the SR2 default characters come out of the portal my boss says "So, the default character.."

Fourth wall is a phrase the originates, as memory serves, from the days of stage plays. In a standard set, you'll get three walls as part of the scene and the fourth wall was the invisible wall that theoretically sat between the audience and the players.
Breaking the fourth wall is when the players directly or indirectly say something to the audience. mainly used as plot device with numerous examples including (but not limited to):-
Metal Gear Solid series,
Ferris Buellers' Day Off,
the male one does they dont have a set time for when they talk they just do if u havnt heard him talk, its just because he hasnt been idle long enough
every voice is a differnt personality with Different Dialouge as well as that.
