graphics problem

i used to be able to play Saints row iv on steam fine untill i paid for the upgrade to the game of the century edition?(which everone had all the dlc since i just had the season patch before) now the graphics are all messed up and is basicly a red wire frame with some other color bleed through. This also happems when i try and play saints row 3 in direct x 10/11 mode also . These are the only 2 games i have this problem with. I haved reinstaled my latest video driver and evn refreshed direct x.
My comp is a AMD 945 Phenom II x4 with a Radeion 4850 3 megs ram and Windows vVsta. I verified the files but no luck

i have a possibel idead through i am not sure if it is the cause. back when i was playing SR4 fine i had a athlon 7550 x2 duel core I then upgraded to the Athlong 945 Phenom II 4 core. though other direct x 10/11 games like Civ 5 work fine

The first major problem I see is that your RAM is below minimum requirements. Since you ran it before with just the base game, perhaps trying to load all of the DLC from GOTC may have just pushed it past the point where you can actually run it. Perhaps try temporarily disabling all the dlc in the game properties and seeing if that helps?

even with all dlc disabled same problem. Still does not eplaion why i have the sam problem witt saints row 3 in direct x 10/11 mod but not dx9 mode ow well

i found a solution for sainst row 3 and 4 if i go to custom Video and turn off Post Processing Detail it works
