When does the Rectifier unlock?

I bought the GotC edition and I live in the U.S., so I don't need to worry about censorship. But not matter how hard I look in Friendly Fire, I can't find the Rectifier. Does it unlock at a certain point, or did my game just bug out on me.

it should just be in your purchased weapons section. thats where mine is

in your weapon thing in the portal

You should be able to select it from your weapon storage right away; no need to buy it in Friendly Fire. You can do that right in the store or from a portal.

If you can't, then make sure all your DLC are properly installed.

i think you need to get to when u first leave the simulation and are on ship and come back to simulation then all the dlc stuff unlocks. you will get loads of dlc things pop up (telling you its available)
