Savegame disappeared *HOW TO FIX*

Hey,

maybe somebody can help me. A few hours ago i saved my game with Esc -> Save Game.
Now, a few hours later, i wanted to play again but there was no "Continue" and when i say "Load Game" it doesn't find anything. The only option i have is to start a new campain.
I didnt restart my PC in the meantime nor did i anything to steam and/or the game itself.

Is there something i could possibly do to save my savegame?

How to fix:

Move your save files from:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\(your_user_ID)\206420\remote"
to:
"C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\(your_user_ID)\301910\remote"

If that doesn't work, try the long way:

1) move save files from "C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\(your_user_ID)\206420\remote" to somewhere else
2) delete 206420 folder
3) start new game - save when you can
4) the new save files were in "C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\(your_user_ID)\301910\remote" folder for me
5) REPLACE new save with the old ones from 206420 that you moved
6) start game - load "autosave"
