Is there STILL no way whatsoever to edit colors of DLC clothing???

I like the style of many DLC costumes, but I can't stand the colors (e.g. the bright neon green on some superhero outfits).

EDIT: Thanks for your response, Volition. Sorry for the confusion. I must have been clicking too fast, or in the wrong place, but I couldn't seem figure out where the color edit was.

Ideally, I was hoping to find the individual components in the Upper Body and Lower Body, which would give a greater level of customization flexibility (allowing you to mix-and-match). Many DLC outfits in Saints Row: The Third were available this way. But hey, being able to color the entire item as a suit more than sufficient. Thanks again

Well, I double-checked several different stores (namely Let's Pretend) to see if I could buy the parts individually like I could in Saints Row: The Third, and still no dice.

I wonder if the modding community has had any luck yet.

You definitely can modify colors on some DLC items. I can't say it about all DLC items, since I didn't test it, but it definitely works on Reverse Cosplay Pack items.

Hmm..., interesting tidbit, Neit. I have that DLC as well, so I'll check that one out. I don't get why they're so inconsistent though. I still think the superhero costumes need to have this option enabled the most. Same for the old western clothes. In a game where customization is such a selling point, this certainly diminishes the value of these DLC packs.

All the DLC clothing can be colored. You just have to shop at the store that sells it, and can color it then before purchasing it. For example, the superhero DLC that you mentioned is at Let's Pretend in the Suits category.

Aaaah..., thank you for the response, IdolNinja. I edited the OP for the discussion to reflect that the issue has been resolved. I appologize for the rough tone in the original post, but this stuff was about to drive me insane (and after searching through multiple forums/discussions, it looks like I wasn't the only one having problems).
