I can't log in to Saints Row IV in the game

I created an account in saintsrow.com and it always says 'wrong id or password' whenever i type it in the game, please help! I am very certain i typed it in correctly.

You have to create in the game a new account.
If you do it with your new accound pw and login, you will transform your steam id with them.
So it worked by me.

it's been half a year since my first post in this thread.. i am still playing it single player..... #foreveralone in saints row IV. i stopped playing this game already. got tired of the continuous missions that always seem be the same (rescues, hacking, killing zinyeks).

In all fairness, most games are like that, so thinking SR would be different is ur bad lol..

i havent attempted co op yet, it doesnt really interest me tbh, but maybe ill try it at some point.

Same problem here. I've sent an email to [e-mail] but they didn't help much. They said that there is a problem with the website and that they are working on it. Since then I'm waiting, so I can finally get the Saintified achievement and complete my game... I hope they fix this soon.

Well seeing that it has been six months (or more), we can honestly say that they do not plan on fixing this issue. For people who just want the achievement just use Steam Achievement Manager. For people who want to import a SR3 character to SR4 just go into your SR3 game and go to the surgeon and just take snapshots of the character customization sliders. That's what im going to do. It is a long process but w/e.
