Zombie mod for SR4
Does anyone know if there is cheat or mod that would change NPCs into Zombies (like from Matt Miller's simulation mission) which would work similar to how the "hohoho" cheat turns all NPCs into pimps and hoes? I know the Zombie models are in the game allready, I'm just wondering if there is a way to bring about a Zombie Apocalypse in SR4.

Sandbox+ has a command to toggle on zombie spawning:

I don't want to download a mod. they generally cause system/game instability and crashes.

sorry, that sounds stupid. I've just been noticing there are tons of glitch reports and crashes and patches and very little actual help when there is a problem. I enjoy the few ingame cheats availalble that change up the gameplay, but downloading a sandbox and a aftermarket mod, and tweaking coding and all that just doesn't seem like a good idea on a game as fragile as SR4. I was hoping for an official gamedeveloper cheat like "hohoho" is.

OKAY, so I finally did it and the zombie-spawn does NOT suck. It would be cooler if there were more than just two female models, but since they spawn pretty thick it gets to be a hoard of clones of the two female zombies. It would be nice if they they growled instead of griped, too, but that's kind of funny. With the right soundtrack and daytime style selected, the Zombie Apocalypse survivalist mood is there. Sitting in a chopper hovering 20 feet off the ground, turning on Pleasantville Cop Spawn and Zombie Spawn is pretty cool. The zombies go after anything in their field of view and attack the cops in a groups. I found it fun to play with no supermove, just running and parcouring over fences and dumpsters to lose the hoard I accumulate running down the streets. To keep a lower profile you can try alleys and shoreline which they do not spawn in or on.

I haven't done much else with sandbox +, but the zombies do add a bit of contemporary cultural creepiness to the game. Aliens are so...1990s.

Well done.

Been playing around with a few other commands. I love 50's Pleasantville with the changable lighting. Especially with Spacelighting (IIRC) Very dark with just the actual porches and some other places lit, everything else is mostly black...like real night time in the Burbs. Great for Zombie chases. I'll have to try MP with this. Too bad snowy Pleasantville from Xmas doesnt have the two player openable places thought they have yellow hands on the doors. But hit "e" and there is another solid dorr behind the one you just opened. Also the theater in Xmas Pleasantville seemed to have roof lines in the front, overlapping. Maybe I glitched it because I had just been in 50s P-Ville.

The adjustable height is a hoot too. make yourself .9 actual height - Badguys don't see you. Make yourself 1.1 actual height and you squish people by walking into them. And the running, jumping rigs/physics are still semi accurate at these smaller adjustments. physics and running are WAY out by the time you go .1 or 10 times actual height.

So, if I have sandbox+ now...do I have access to all the extra, non-vanilla cheats mentioned in other topics?
