Zinyak head bug

Hello ..does anyone else have this bug at final ...(i dont want make spoilers if you didnt finish game but i've too and i am sorry) ..so i want someone who finish it to tell me if you have this weird bug after you rip Zinyak head off your character still have it in head in cutscenes ..it show me that character throw it but in all scenes after i still have it and dont dissapear only when scenes are done ..i finish game complete twice ..first i said ok weird strange bug ...second i was ohh damn again ..and a 3rd time had a save before final so i did just final mission and again had this weird bug with Zinyak head any idea about it ? is kind of annoy and i would like see my character and others dancing without Zinyak head in my arms .

In all the years I've played this game, that has never happened to me once. I always thought that was some sort of mod that was going around.

well it isn't ...i have no mods in my game ..is all legit ..is just a annoy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug ...which seems be there ..but if you said that ..you made me curious if you will get now ..if you finish game soon ..or you have a save before final and decide do it ..and have head let me know ..

I'm starting to wonder the same thing. I haven't done the ending on my side for too long. It's always been someone elses game but doing another round with a new save should should see some trippy results.

is not normal to have Zinyak head in your hands during the cutscenes after you kill him ...that is what we talking about ...next time please read all post ...and after make comment

Finished the game couple of times, the bug it's still there. I tried with both genders, i thought maybe it was a bug only when playing as female, but nope. The damn thing is still there.

It's caused by the player getting knocked down at the end of the quick time events. I'm wondering if there's a way to alter the mission so the player doesn't have this happen to them?

I'm surprised a modder hasn't attempted to fix it yet.

Yes I know about that. That doesn't let me play any of my save files though, or continue the game I'm partway through, hence why I posted what causes the problem and wondered whether a mod could fix it.
