SOLVED - Matt's Back / Zero Cool mission, glitch / bug / stuck in the turret.

[Solved - After completing all the side quests I went back to Zero Cool and the rocks blocking the way were gone]

Hey, I can't get past the mission you save Matt. The space ship riding the turret later on in the mission it gets hung up on some rocks blocking the exit shaft and can't get past the mission. I've googled and tried lowering all the settings and even with a 80 + fps framerate still happens every time. I've tried verifying game cache, no joy.

Maybe my cpu is below specs? but i'm able to play all the rest of the game just fine.
Here's my specs - any help getting past this mission greatly appreciated.

Win 7 home x64
Core 2 Duo 8600 3.3ghz
8gb DDR2
Radeon HD 6670

Try completing a few side quests and go back to it. I think there is a side quest where you see in a cut scene the rocks get smashed away IIRC. I tried numerous times, but only after I completed a bunch more side quests the rocks blocking were gone.
