I just played it in desktop mode, and fell through the universe after 18 minutes, right after the first gate. No compatibility set, just right after download. 720p, was around 45 FPS docked.

PS I meant the first gate that unlocks (IE the first mission from the guard). I was fighting the skelly.

Thanks for reporting! How does the gameplay feel with the Deck?

Remember I'm NOT in the normal mode (handheld with their OS), but 720p with everything stock it's running between 45 and 60 FPS. I didn't fall through this time.

Game feels and looks great. Runs at 30-45 fps roughly. Only request is to add official gyro support like how it works on Left 4 Dead 2. It currently doesn't like having both a controller and mouse input at the same time. (perhaps this could be added at the same time as control bindings as a controls update?) A PS4/5 or switch controller has a gyro if you want to test it and i'm sure theres other third party ones too.

Thanks! We'll try it out.

I have this game on my steam deck and it runs very well for the short time I played, I wouldn't be surprised if the game would work perfectly through out the whole game.

Thank you for letting us know!
It also ran quite well for me, but I didn't play all of the current content yet.

I played it in regular gaming mode with no compatibility changes needed.
The gamepad controls also feel great.

One small general suggestion: it'd be convenient if you could scroll the map with the arrow keys or D-Pad.

Thank you for the info! And good suggestion. We'll add it to the list.
i played for about 40 minutes in SteamOS mode and the game ran at about 40-45 fps at the default settings with no problem. a pretty fun game.
