Stuck in Labyrinth on Terror Island - Bug or Am I Being Daft?

Hello! First post, so go easy on me :)

I am trapped in the labyrinth on Terror Island. I've exhausted the hint book and know exactly what I'm supposed to do, but I just can't do it. Not sure if I'm being daft, or if it is a bug.

I understand that I have to follow the symbols for Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring.... but when I follow the symbol for Spring there is no door with an option for Summer. I've tried swapping the symbols for Spring around but "that doesn't seem to work".... (and the hint book confirm Spring is correct to start with anyway).

Can post images to show the 5 notes and the order I am trying to navigates + video/images of me trying to actually do it.

Difficult Mode
Was playing in Spanish until this point (but I can't imagine that makes a difference).

Return to the beginning, click on that sign that says xyzz or w/e so that guybrush reads it and you'll be transported back to the beginning, once you enter the labyrinth again follow the route exactly and you should find your way

Well... it seems a bit weird / illogical to have to do that..... but it worked! Cheers pal.

I also don't get why it had to be done like that. Or how we should know that the sign would reset to the beginning? I could not access my map in there, so I assumed I had to complete this to get out again..
