Crash during running challenge at beginning

Anyone have same crashing problem at beginning when trying to run at challenge with little Chuck?

Mine keeps crashing when I try and go to the right of the running track. I can't get past this bit :( Any solutions would be really welcomed. Playing on MacOS

Argghhhh I've found a solution! Posted on another thread. Open your terminal (go to launchpad and search terminal) then paste the following into it:
echo "metalCompatibilityDisableMipmaps: 1" >> ~/Library/Application\ Support/Terrible\ Toybox/Return\ to\ Monkey\ Island/Prefs.json
Hit return for the command to be accepted, then go back to game. Mine now allows me past the right of the screen, woohoo!
