Is there anyway to find out if i actually play the hard version or the easy version?

As i just finished the game, i was wondering to myself if i choose the hard version or the easy version - I was hoping maybe a trophy toward the end would corroborate this but there does not seem to be an achievement for this.

I always like playing the hard version - hopefully i did not mess this one up!

Anyone knows what are obvious things that i can recall from fresh memory to tell me if i played the hard or easy version?

I think easy mode puts Ned's island (Barebones Island?) in the middle of the sea map instead of the far left side.

According to the faq thread, the saved files of hard difficulty saves look different compared to easy difficulty saves.

Oh you're right!

You can tell if your game is Hard Mode if it has an icon next to it in the load menu. Casual Mode saves will have no icon.

I couldn't figure out for the life of me what those red icons meant and I just concluded it's the "save icon". :D

I'm playing the hard version (I think) and there are times where I wonder if actually selected the easy one by accident. Compared to previous games, the puzzles don't particularly seem to be overly challenging so far (I'm up to chapter 4).

Just until now i realized that it has a little red skull!!! Oh well - i've replayed many monkey islands in the past so i'll wait until my memory erases and reply this one again ^_^
