Commit murder is the only one I can't get. I think that this is a narrative thing to show how similar Guybrush and LeChuck are, but there's a line Guybrush doesn't cross.
My tiny shred of hope is that a full pamphlet opens up a different ending, but I doubt it.
From memory you can end up pushing him off a cliff, but I don't think it's a forced action. Generally speaking Guybrush is characterised as hapless, selfish and careless rather than outright bad.

Still, I would love a secret ending where Guybrush is so obsessed by the Secret that he becomes worse than LeChuck.
