It's a bit of surprise that they are not doing after all there are so many point and click games in German. But the devs did not do it neither with Thimbleweed Park. You should hope for the best and cry a bit LOUDER!

Learning English is not the basic problem, but in the MI games there are often puzzles with typical language phrases. So that it doesn't help you to understand it literally.
"Red Herring" from MI1 is such a typical case, so it is often the task of the translator to find an adequate replacement so that it can also be understood in another language.

And when you consider that the predecessors have now also received German voice output for new editions, this is a sad step backwards for one of the largest point and click markets.

Solange es Untertitel hat und das gut umgesetzt wurde, reicht mir das.
Die ersten beiden Teile hatten auch keine deutsche Sprachausgabe und waren klasse!

Viel wichtiger ist doch, das es endlich einen weiteren Teil von Ron Gilbert gibt. Darauf habe ich schon vor 28 Jahren gehofft,... ^^

Die ersten zwei Teile hatten gar keine Sprachausgabe, sondern nur Text (in vielen Sprachen) :D So wäre es richtig
Kam erst im "Remake" also, der Special Edition ^^
