Also what's the reason they aren't currently supported?

Just got off an hour of playing with my roommates and we agreed it was fun, however we have come to the conclusion an ending to the game would be nice, or at least an expansion of things to do, new point of interests, unlockable/upgradable weapons, easter eggs, melee weapons, better spawning of souls, maybe a jump button, moving and looking with separate sticks on the controller, and also after playing late into a run we ran into performance issues. played for half an hour with friends. drove around in complete silence, only rarely finding a camp with eyeballs (that we had to avoid since we rarely find any ammo and run out very quickly), and not a single soul. are we missing something? i get that its a wasteland, but having it be this empty doesn't make much of an enjoyable experience :/...
