Buildings, water and ships are not showing in town view. very annoying. Anyone know how to fix this?

Ok, in PR 1 and 2, I could set the warehouse to buy direct from the Dock (i.e. Raw Materials and stuff). How do I get the Steward to buy from the dock (say rum at a certain price), I have read a guide but all I see is sell to dock or give to convoy...

Are you able to amass a fleet? I wasn't able to find the answer anywhere. I'm looking for a game where I can have a fleet of ships. Is this one of them?

Anyone interested in farming the mp achievements?
