Latest drivers kept BSOD'ing.
I reverted to those from September and it's been fine since.

Starting to suspect also that these so called "game ready" actually do nothing and are basically placebo.

Had to do a clean install of the drivers with DDU some time ago because I kept getting BSOD. It's probably not the drivers but an old corrupted one not getting deleted or overwritten.

Tweaked XMP too as I upgraded my ram and was getting error codes for memory, but the sticks were brand new. Can't really say which one fixed my BSOD b/c I did both and just ran with it when it stopped crashing.

They ain't placebo, they add certain profiles to it, if you want to see the setting difference, get nvidia inspector then you can see what is different from default settings.
They can sometimes makes things worse too, best example was Monster Hunter World, when you got the Rotten Vale the fps tanked there, others just reverted the drivers, I made a guide how to use latest drivers and revert that games specific changes. Until a week later nvidia devs fixed their drivers.
You never have to revert the drivers if a specific game is performing worse, with nvidia inspector you can just disable or alter the changes yourself.
