Going from the first, I very much doubt that. And it'd be better off for it. Not every RPG needs full on romance like those games.

Yes you can hire sex workers and yes you can have romance and relationships. All content is optional just like other games, your not forced to do anything... your choice as usual. No nudity as far as the ESRB is concerned.

Had plenty of romances in BG2 and all of the sex was implied and it worked so much better because of this.

I have a distinct memory of my character nailing a pawn by the campfire in DD. But it wasn't juicy or anything and it happened once during the endgame.
