Graphics looks grainy half the time

Don't know how else to explain it. The graphics look grainy half the time. It happens more often than not. You can really notice it when your in the equipment selection screen but it happens regardless. I don't know if it's only happening on the PC side but I do know that others I have spoke with have experienced the same issue.

Turn off DLSS, FSR, and Dynamic Resolution.

dlss and fsr ruin the looks quite a bit so try running it native for best results if you are worried about the visual side of things

I don't see an option for Image Scan. What about Rendering Mode?

There is a bug that messes up upscaling when you use a rift or hire a pawn.

exactly this, only solution I found for this is restarting the game after each visit to the rift. Sometimes talking to random pawns in the open world (not the pawns that you have already hired) causes that as well.

It's pain and we can only hope for a quick fix.
