This game plans to unlock in approximately 10 hours
The only thing not allowing preloads accomplishes is to punish people with slower internet (anyone living in a rural area basically) from being able to play the game at release.
I am happy to pay full price for a game like this I have been so excited about. But knowing I will need to wait 24 hours+ after everyone else gets to play because of no preload and having a lame DSL internet does kinda suck. Especially since every other Steam game I've purchased over the last 5+ years has had a preload available.
Oh well I guess. I just don't understand the reasoning here.
Capcom released an official global release time for Steam users, and console users.
Also, Steam mentions the time it releases.
Its the second no doubt.
