This game plans to unlock in approximately 10 hours
The only thing not allowing preloads accomplishes is to punish people with slower internet (anyone living in a rural area basically) from being able to play the game at release.
I am happy to pay full price for a game like this I have been so excited about. But knowing I will need to wait 24 hours+ after everyone else gets to play because of no preload and having a lame DSL internet does kinda ♥♥♥♥. Especially since every other Steam game I've purchased over the last 5+ years has had a preload available.
Oh well I guess. I just don't understand the reasoning here.
Capcom released an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ global release time for Steam users, and console users.
Also, Steam mentions the time it releases.
Its the second no doubt.
