Is this game still being worked on? could we see a release date this year?

i remember watching the old vids of mark and jack when they played this game so i cant wait to see how this turns out and i didn't know that the og creator offed himself that just hit me right in the feels so it would mean a lot for me and the friends and family of the og creators vision coming to light hopefully this game will release soon so i can play it thanks and have a great Christmas and a happy new year...
