I guess since the store page is locked behind a JP location requirement that means it will not release in the US. Such a shame because most that want it in the US do not care about an English translation.

I wouldn't even care about a translation. Google translate could do that. I'd be happy with just a region unlock. Doesn't look like we'll get it though. Not sure why, Don't see how that costs them anything extra to do. Unless steam and PSN charge additionally for more regions.

I tried accessing with some other Asian countries, some are available some are not.

Usually Konami baseball games are only sold in Japan and East asia

if they plan to have a engllish translation, i see no reason to them not have it to americas
Europei think it is complicated beacuse of GDPR that japanese companies tend to avoid get them supported by aw for some reason, other than that i see no reason why shouldnt be for most steam regions as possible

How exactly do you use google translate in such cases? Like do you use your phone's google lens or take a screenshot of the japanese text in game then tab out to your browser to translate?

Hold your phone up with the google translate app open and use the camera. It will change to english in real time.
