What I've found so far, about the ones that aren't self-explanatory:
- "Interactions" shows the text for interactions, such as "[F] Pick up" or "[F] Eat"
- "Pick-up Log" shows you a picture and name of whatever you just picked up, as to confirm that it's now in your inventory
- "Contextual Icons" means the graphical icons for your possible actions, such as when you can press Space to climb something, or can press Left Ctrl to choke a guard.
The other ones should be pretty obvious. If you find anything else or different, I'd love if you'd share it in the thread
(Unfortunately there are a few points where the game doesn't "properly" tell you where things are. You'll need to switch it back on in those instances.)
