MLAA VS. FXAA

Which is better? what format produces the better picture quality? I get a steady 60 FPS with v-sync turned on and game maxed completly out in both formats, and I am having a hard time telling which anti-aliasing to use.

They're both post-processing AA, FXAA is less resource intensive, MLAA pushes the AA to the CPU. MLAA is the better choice if performance isn't an issue.
