Can't find password and key in second mission of BW

Im in the second mission of bringmore witches and i can fint the safe key nor the password to the hatters base. i was just wondering if i should more on to the next area and they will be there or if i should keep looking, thank.

ps i have probably been looking for a total of 3 hours

keep moving to the next area. Take care of your primary objective (kill/ko wakefield) and you'll get the password, along with some new tasks which should take you around most of the rest of the level.

I can go into more detail but I don't wanna just spoil everything. P: But yeah go take care of wakefield and then go back to the other stuff.
