Strategy for Tallboys

If some people have strategy for taking down Tallboys I'd like to read it. Feel free to include strats for just avoiding them altogether apart from the obvious don't get seen statement. They seem to spot me pretty easily.

What weapon/s work best on them?? I tried to use burning arrow but that doesn't do the kid of damage I was hoping for.

Well if you just want to kill them and not do anything fancy, you can always just jump on them and take them out with a Drop Assassination, if you don't have Agility, or can't get the jumps right, use Blink as well. Though that shouldn't be necessary 9 times out of 10.

If you want to shoot them, you need to go for the Whale Oil Tanks on their backs, it takes a lot longer to kill them that way though.
Grenades could be difficult to use, but would definitly take them out, if you hit with them properly.

Yup, generally all you need to do is just run up to them from behind and double jump up and melee them for the insta kill.

Sticky grenades work better.
