If you kill the torturer you don't get clean hadns I guess? Also what non lethal option do I have?

Non-lethal is pretty much limited to simply avoiding enemies and the occasional choke-out or sleep dart of a guard that might present a problem.

well I already solved it, if you choke the torturer you get the "mission done" at the end
