Is that a good choice to kill bottle street gang?

So i play with dishonored and i got a quest from some mom or what... in this quest i have to kill the bottle street gang and for that need to use some poison. but i got a message in my diary if i kill the gang with this poison than i kill other peapoles to, who buy from this gang his elixir. I think it's a bad choice and i want to make good choices. So is there any way to kill them without kill civils? or avoid to kill them but complete the mission?

I'm joking, if you want to do it in the good way, don't do it, I've done it and I think it was a bad choice, a lot of people died for a rune!

Do the quest. It's worth doing once. You can always choose not to do it again.

If you only plan to play through the game once, then you'll be missing out on a significant part of the chapter. However, this job for Granny isn't necessary to complete the chapter, but they are fun to do once. Or, if you prefer, you can just forget about this side job and go on, without consequence. I will be expunged from the record.

It is bad I finished the game with no spoilers if you want to do a good choice don't do it. After you even do it the void even tells you its not a good idea. It also makes a later chapter harder.

If you want the Artist Achievement you will have to do the Granny Rags missions as well as the Slackjaw missions.

To get the most of the game, it's recommended to do at least two playthroughs; with evil decisions and with good decisions. Granny Rags is a doúchebag.
