Red outlines
The outlines of everything are red for some reason

That sounds pretty weird, maybe some graphics driver issue…
Can you provide a screen shot just so we see exactly how that looks ?

The last time I saw something like that, it was my then rather outdated graphics-card being just short of overheating.

White flashes crawling around for me so not a perfect fit, but cleaning out your computer is one of those things that's almost never a bad thing. So might be worth trying.

Your magical tech wizard has found the solution!

The fix is easy, this issue is caused by Intel Graphics cards incompatabilities with the game.

All you have to do to fix is go into your intel graphics settings, into the 3D subsection, and set general settings to performance.

I know youd think this seems weird and would just cause lag, but it fixes a bug with NVidia PhyX redist that likes to goof with your graphics drivers.
