Talking to the outsider reveals a pretty miserable, if significant'y longer, life (she'll live out her days...far away, even as her fine clothes wear into tatters and her silken hair gets dull and gray) with Brisby. He ain't a nice guy.
She's always the one I feel worst about, because she's the only one of your targets (other than Sokolov, who gets a pretty good ♥♥♥♥♥♥' deal) that never actively worked to harm you. It doesn't seem like she was in on the conspiracy to murder Jessamine. She was clearly involved with Burrows to keep her family from ending up on the list of people falsely condemed for having the plague. At worst, she indirectly funded Daud's work.
That said, The Boyles are all kinda awful in their own ways, and clearly came into their wealth by making a lot of lives very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and/or short.
If it's Waverly I usually feel less bad, given that she's a creepy rapist too. That feels a little more like karmic justice. If it's not her I usually just kill Brisby and then the lady.
Any way, no need to feel bad for her.
She probably lived happily ever after with that pathetic adoring creep wrapped around her finger.
