How do we get the crossbow?

I thought I had the crossbow for one bolt now it is gone. Where can I buy a new one or get the old one back?
I have more bolts now.

You always have your crossbow, if you run out of ammo then you still have it, you just need to get more bolts. Bolts are everywere and you can purchase then from Piero.

Thanks but when I hold down center mouse wheel I show (in the circle) types of ammo, grenade then my powers. My F1-F4 key powers are blank. When I mouse scroll only in game the crossbow does not come around.
How do I add powers or weapons to the F keys?
And, as I said before, I do not have as a selectable, thus cannot use a crossbow. It does show in the general inventory view via J.
Is this a glitch of some sort?

I just checked Falem's Guide but he does not explain how to map the F keys.

To add powers try hovering over it in the circle menu (mouse wheel) then pressing the key you want it hotkeyed too

1: Hover over desired item in mouse wheel menu

2: While hovering over it, press the the desired key you want to hotkey it too, it may only be 1-10 or something like that

Okay thanks. I found out that the power wheel was not assigned to any key so I set it to the P key and now have mapped all the keys out how I want them.
Funny I set the rats loose when testing things at the Hounds Pub and they killed my friends and the game gave me a nasty memo about how I could not continue.

Will keep an eye on the Flooded District part also.
