Dishonored
Mana regen upgrade?
Really enjoying the game so far, but I'm curious: Does the game let you upgrade your mana regen at some point in the future? I don't like being dependent on consumables.

I think there's a bone charm which increases the recovery for "soft" consuming abilities like Blink and Dark Vision but not if the bar "hard" depletes. So you can use those abilities closer together without actually consuming mana.

I think there's also a bone charm which allows you to drink water to replenish mana but I may be mistaken on that.

Because these are bone charms they're pretty much luck of the draw if you'll ever get them. I remember my first non-lethal playthrough I got Strong Arms really early on and it made it so much easier compared to my next one where I was finishing up some game achievements as I never got it on the second run.

The water bonecharm is incredibly useful, lets you gain free mana without having to use elixirs, although i finished the game with 10 elixirs so you get plenty anyways, but i get why you want to find other ways

Yup, used it myself, wanted to post it too but i know some people are weirdly iffy about mods in singleplayer games

Unfortunately, no. I believe certain bone charms can help with regaining mana from sources such as water or white rats. There is an abundance of remedies and plenty of gold to loot to stay stocked up between missions so running out entirely shouldn't be an issue throughout most of the story

Then those people can just not install the mods. That's the joy of modding, it's all optional. If you don't want to use a mod, you don't install it.

Just finished the game with the aforementioned mod. Don't think I would have finished the game without it. Thanks, Nova!
On to the DLC!
