This song also appears in Assassin's Creed IV.. This is one of those sea shanties CMIIW

You're probably thinking of Drunken' Sailor, a fairly old song, that has been sung back in the Pirate days. I haven't played ACIV, but it would make sense for them to add it, if they are doing a sea shanty thing.

Drunken Whaler is pretty much the same song with a few words switched out to make it fit into the Dishonored universe. And of course the mood is different :D
