Intel (r) HD graphics
Its just a simple ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ question
OS: Windows Vista / Windows 7 ----> OS is OK.
Processor: 3.0 GHz dual core or better----> Your CPU is OK.
Memory: 3 GB system RAM ----> RAM is OK.
Hard Disk Space: 9 GB ----> OK
Video Card: DirectX 9 compatible with 512 MB video RAM or better (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460 / ATI Radeon HD 5850) ----> Looks OK for 1366x768 res, but your experience won't be smooth and your gaming experience will turn into slideshow in some action heavy scenes.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I looked to benchmarks about your Intel HD 4000. HD 4000 got beaten by AMD HD 6570. AMD HD 5850 is much more powerful gpu than 6570, so it doesn't match minimum system requirements. But I think these minimum requirements made for 1920x1080 resolution.
From this benchmark;
http://www.notebookcheck.net/Dishonored-Benchmarked.83406.0.html
Your Intel HD 4000 can give 36 FPS average (it can dip to 15 FPS) on 1366x768 resolution and everything set to low. (33 FPS average for medium settings)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The question is; what is your monitor resolution?
Unnecessary. There was really no need to be rude. Intel HD graphics cards rarely meet the min system requirements but sometimes, they end up being able to run the game fine. It's just a question.
Anyway, it will run. I have the same graphics card and I actually managed to play it on mostly high detail recently. There was be some FPS drops (got really bad around mission 5 I think so I lowered the details and it was fine) at some parts but it wasn't really too bad. That being said, I've been gaming with this graphics card for a while so I have built up a tolerance to FPS drops and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics- though this was probably one of the games that didn't look half bad on my computer and ran somewhat smoothly.
Just make sure to fiddle around with the graphics settings in game (turn on anti-aliasing, vsync, use a lower resolution etc) and you should be able to run it just fine.
Anti aliasing will tear it apart :D
lol good catch. I meant turn off anti-aliasing/vsync- unless you want some ungodly FPS drops.
