Yes, it's a kid. During the VGAs/VGX their was a musical score that had samples from the OST of the top games of that year. They had a little girl on stage singing the Drunk Whaler song on behalf of Dishonored.

The song and lyrics appears plagerized or copy-off of the sea shanty "What Shall We Do With A Drunken SAILOR." The original words were much more kinder to the Sailor than the Whaler of the game version. The way the game does the shanty modernizes it and, paints an unmistakable, almost alien template. IMHO - Just sayin...
