Dishonored
Geoff Curnow cannot leave the boat.
Haven't played this game for quite a while, almost 2 years, and never finished. So I decided to take the dust out of it, now that I have a powerful PC to enjoy it in all its glory.
But I'm getting a glitch at the very beginning. Geoff Curnow cannot use the plank to leave the boat. And he keep trying to.

I wonder if there is anything that I can do to fix this glitch, that might happen later in a game breaking situation.

EDIT:
OK, did some quick testing, and seem that is related to the frame rate. =P
With V-sync on, locking to 60 fps, he is able to use the passage way (plank) with a new game or just loading a save while he got stuck. Going back to v-sync off, the issue happens again. Seems that the game don't like my +120 fps.

I've never played before and I'm having this issue and another which is preventing me from progressing. I'm running a 1440p 144Hz Gsync display. Vsync is on, and the game already seems to be capped at 130 FPS in the .ini. At the start of the game, the guy couldn't get off the boat, so I got tired of waiting for him to figure life out and went around him. Then when playing hide and seek with the little girl, she just stands there after counting down and won't move. I'm not even 5 minutes in and the game can't progress.

Edit: I dropped it to 120 FPS and it seems to have helped. It still took the guy a minute to figure out how to get off the boat, but the girl walked over to the wall and counted, where as before she just stood in place and counted.
