Game starts in Full screen but very small screen within the Fullscreen Window??

Hi, sorry if this isn't the right place, i'm very new to steam and how the help system works. I just purchased and downloaded Dishonored, but the game isnt working right for me. The game automatically starts up fullscreen like its supposed to, but then its in a much smaller, tiny window. Im using a 4K laptop, so maybe that's part of the problem. I tried changing the resolution, I tried Alt + enter (even though the game is technically fullscreen, just the image is very tiny.)

Does anyone know what to do? Thanks so much in advance.

Big black bars on the sides and all? Have the same, people say try "properties">launch options> fullscreen(without the comma's!) but when I hit right mouse button and properties I cant find launch options. I have windows 10

Issue may be that the "Fullscreen" option is selected in Options -> Graphic -> Video Settings, and the program itself is in Fullscreen, but the game itself is just a small box surrounded by black.

After doing some searching, finally went to my computer's Display (Start -> Display), and checked the Recommended setting for Resolution. Then went back in the game and changed the in-game resolution to fit that number. That seemed to fix it for me.

For some retarded reason the game starts at minimum resolution. I just increased it to match my screen.

i have no option to change resolution. any tips

Edit the default config to your desired resolution, Also do the dead body count unconscious
tweak, otherwise you end up having people die unconscious for no reason sometimes.

The Default body count is limited to 5 setting it to 40 is fun the snoring.
