Stealth Boots Blueprints

I just read that in the beginning of the Royal Physician map you could find the blueprints.
However I just finished and didn't see them for some reason. Wasn't paying attention to them. Do I need to do it all over if I want the stealth boots? (Doing a Shadow/Ghost/CleanHands play) or can I get them later on as well?

You can find them again, there is two locations for every blueprint in case you missed it the first time around. The second chances are usually a couple of levels after the first one, in harder to miss locations.

That specific Blueprint will show up again in the Flooded District level, it'll be in a chest that is nearly impossible to miss.
