Question about end of brigmore witches (SPOILERS) (duh)
What does delilah mean when she says that emily "stole my life" also is there some consensus as to where she goes when you do the nonlethal takedown.

Delilah feels she is entitled to the throne for no other reason than she is filled with her own sense of self importance corrupted by the Outsiders powers she received.

If you send Delilah into the painting she is imprisoned in that space with in the void. The painting is of the void. Or her interpretation of it.

Now that was a satisfying twist to the Dishonered story. It also explains why Dishonered 2 does not follow on from the high chaos ending of Dishonered 1 (or does it?!).

The ending to Brigmore Witches also explains the rather dark picture that Emily is possibly drawing, while at the pub in Dishonered 1.
i think they are gonna throw us all off balance in d2 by makeing emily the more evil of corvo and emily (i think this will be a big part in the plot)

In her youth, Delilah was a baker's apprentice working in Dunwall Tower, and she claims to have been a friend to Jessamine Kaldwin when they were young (an assertion that the Dressmaker affirms). After an incident in which she and Jessamine were caught in the act of performing some sort of prohibited activity, Delilah was blamed and whipped, and her mother was fired, while Jessamine received no punishment.[2] Eventually, Delilah abandoned her career in baking to become an apprentice painter and sculptor under Anton Sokolov, though she left his tutelage sometime before the events of The Knife of Dunwall. (Copied from the Dishonored wiki page on Delilah Copperspoon, http://dishonored.wikia.com/wiki/Delilah_Copperspoon). That explains why she hates Emily.

As for where she goes if you do the non-lethal takedown, that is unknown. It is widely believed she becomes a part of the Void. Her magic she does in that spell allows her to inhabit a body and become that person, with their memories, skills, abilities, and already made influences. She wanted Emily so she could be Empress, ruling the Empire, which is what she wanted her entire life, to have a position of power. Delilah, her entire life, has been looked down upon, and thought of as a lesser, Sokolov was always a better painter, though Delilah painted more complex paintings, and Jessamine Kaldwin was looked at as the equivilent of a god, who took no punishment for an act they both did.
