Lord Regent Non-lethal and Lethal?
I have choked out all the guards and killed a few. I choked the regent, broadcasted his crimes, then I killed him. Does this cause any problems? Does one way or another change the story? I read if you broadcast it the guards take him away, so how does this effect me?

Doesn't really once you start killing guards that part of the story is fixed... unless you go haywire and kill the lot. Then you can trigger high chaos mission ending. Once you broadcast his dirty secret it's open season. I have broadcasted his audiofile and then went directly to the front foyer and reset the zapper and watched from a chandelier as Watch, General Tobias [?] and the Lord Regent get vaporized. Best to have shadow kill1 by then. :D

Mission ending not game ending. To trigger a high chaos game ending you need to kill many NPC per each mission. Number of high chaos mission endings make the high chaos game ending. But ya. There are is low chaos and high chaos with what I would call an intermediate low chaos. Which is a number of high chaos mission endings that don't trigger a high chaos game ending but do trigger a different response from Samuel the boatman as you reach the lighthouse. A butt hurt Samuel who will rag on you but wont rat you out. :)
High chaos with Emily alive, High chaos with Emily dead. Samuel has different lines depending on where you are on the karma meter. Low, he still respects you. Medium, he tells you he doesn't ever want to see you again. High, he alerts the watch himself.
