Does having bodies detected have an effect on any achievements?

I'm doing a run with no kills and detections. I got through Royal Physician but had 5 bodies detected.

I still got the Ghost check but I'm wondering if I should replay the level and try for zero body detections.

No, it doesn't matter at all.

The only thing it will do is to increase the chaos level, in a similar way like killing guards. Since you do not kill anyone, it won't prevent you to stay in low chaos.
