Timsh Won't Come out of His Estate

So I did the whole mission, knocked timsh out with a sleep dart, switched the documents, put the smelly sack thing in the vent, and now I'm outside on a lamp post. The general is there and timsh isn;t knowcked out, but they both just stand there. I've tryed relaunching the game and just waiting, but nothing happenes. I wan't to do the non lethal thing but I'll kill him if there is no solution.

i had the same problem, just ignore it and leave the area as if he went out, you will just miss an cutscene.

Timsch wakes up if you weeperize the mansion. Just wait longer.
