BUG in the Assassins Revenge mission (Flooded District)

So I have taken the non-lethal route and pickpoctted daud for his pouch and taken the key, but the quest for the non-lethal isn't completing

Have all his stuff, but he just keeps patrolling and what not


Last save is like 4 hours ago, as I overwrote with a quick save before I realised it was bugged


Anyone know what is causing this non-completing bug???

If you've got the key, just leave through the tunnel. You should get credit for sparing Daud once the new area loads.
